ARTIST STATEMENT: As an artist, my passion lies in creating whimsical images in traditional watercolor, acrylic, graphite, and charcoal pencil. Having owned a professional graphic arts agency, my artistic reach has extended into the digital world and allowed me to employ a diverse spectrum of seeming incompatible mixed mediums. My artwork reflects unconscious images that add depth and meaning to my artistic creations. Since dance, cirque arts, and fashion are among my favorite forms of art, I often focus on images that reflect the fantasy and imagination of the characters I portray.
